The core of our Way-of-Working is empathy. Empathizing with your situation is something we do continuously, in every phase of your project. We are convinced that this is key to delivering quality and getting the job done successfully.
Every good solution needs an fitting problem. During the definition phase we measure, analyze and structure all the pieces of information. After a describing the current situation, we compose (high-level) requirements for the desired situation. In order to increase the success rate of the project, we determine the most important success factors and risks at an early stage and guide the team through the process. We continue until the justification for the change is clear.
The best way to arrive at a good idea is to have lots of ideas at the start. In the design phase we select a number of ideas and make them visual and tangible. We describe the desired situation and check whether the devised solution solves the problem. The (detailed) requirements for the project are also defined to enable the implementation of the solution by a supplier. In addition, a business case is developed and we come up with a feasible solution.
During the implementation phase we arrange the realization of the solution. We believe that a successful project is not ‘created by externals’, but is embraced and carried out by the organization itself. Verification is needed to prove that the solution meets the requirements. We also validate that the solution, which keeps evolving, still meets the needs of the stakeholders in this phase. The solution is tested and then transferred to the operation and service organization, resulting in an accepted solution.
During the control phase, the most important part is that the organization responds adequately to deviations with appropriate measures. We therefore enable the organization to monitor the process and, based on limit values for performance indicators, determine whether deviations are incidents or problems. If a deviation turns out to be a problem: then define a suitable problem for a good solution. This is how we guarantee a managed solution.
